Locate intersection of Highways 76/123 and 130.
Drive (N) on Highway 130.
In 7.1 miles turn right (E) on Highway 183.
In 0.6 miles turn left at Oconee Nuclear Site sign.
Go (N) 100' and look to your left.
Cemetery is located within a fenced in area on top of a knoll. 

You'll need to tell the security checkpoint supervisor what your doing.
It would also be best to make prior visiting arrangements with -
